About Us
Aqua was founded by Michael Fiscina, who began his restaurant career as the General Manager of one of Sarasota’s most missed restaurants, Bob’s Boathouse. Aqua presents the best of two worlds, featuring a graceful dining room on the 3rd floor, affording spectacular views of Sarasota’s Intercoastal Waterway, and on the 2nd floor, The Little Wet Bar, a causal and friendly bar that offers the same superb menu.
