The Aqua staff would like to thank all of our guests for their support and loyalty. We are going into our second year in business and we would not be able continue without you as well as everyone who is dining with Aqua for the first time we promise you will not be disappointed.

A Little Peace of Mind for All of Us
The recent tragedy in the Gulf of Mexico is far from our beaches and shoreline. Since many of you are requesting information about the seafood we are serving and where it comes from, we want you to assure you that our seafood purveyors are vigorously working to provide us with the best seafood available.  We have moved on to harvesting our more local fishes from the East coast and up the Eastern seabord.

We appreciate all of our guests and want you to know that we always take every precaution to provide a healthy and happy dining experience.

Entertainment:
The Shelly Torman Jazz Affair Wednesdays upstairs in Aqua 6:30-9:30, Karaoke on Tuesdays 6pm to 2am and Saturdays 8pm to midnight, Thursday’s Sunny Jim takes over with fresh island music, & Fridays Bruce Tetley will have you singing to classics.

Dockage is available for anyone traveling by boat located at Mile Marker 33.

Lunch:
Aqua Restaurant opens for lunch from 11am- 5pm everyday. A soon to be famous Sunday Brunch is presented 10am to 2:30pm every Sunday in addition to lunch.

The Lunch Menu ranges from 4.99 to 11.99, offering a variety of Sandwiches, Wraps, Sushi, and our Signature Surf & Turf Sliders (A crab cake burger, A blackened mahi-Mahi Burger, and A beef Burger)

Dinner:
Aqua’s gracious dining room provides a more formal backdrop for the enjoyment of outstanding food, wine, and treated to Sarasota's most spectacular views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Dinner service begins at 5pm everyday offering guests an eclectic selection that includes such house specialties as pan-roasted New Zealand Rack of Lamb, Macadamia Encrusted Mahi-Mahi, Braised Short Ribs, and one of the most popular items on the menu - Yellow-fin Tuna sliced over tempura-style Baby Bok Choy.Also be sure to take advantage of the Sunset Menu from 5-7 Tuesday – Saturday & 5 – 9 Sunday’s and Mondays. The Little Wet Bar

Osprey Florida’s best kept secret “Aqua Restaurant” voted best new waterfront restaurant. Aqua offers the best of both worlds  The Little Wet Bar is a casual lounge offering house specialties like Mussel’s, Calamari, Fish Sandwiches, Lobster Rolls, Sushi, Burgers, and much more. Happy hour from 4-7 everyday and all day on Sunday’s ( $1 drafts, $2 well drinks, $3 call drinks, $5 martini’s, $3 house wines, and half off appetizers). Karaoke Tuesday & Saturday nights, Thursday’s Sunny Jim takes over with fresh island music, & Fridays Bruce Tetley will have you singing to classics.
